When veterans leave service, they lose more than a uniform.
They lose structure, identity, and a clear path forward.
Many are capable operators with leadership, discipline, and resilience,
but without the tools, support, or environment to transition into ownership.Second Mission exists to bridge that gap.
This is being built as a long-term platform to support veterans
transitioning from service into ownership.We are focused on practical support, real capability building,
and creating environments where veterans can operate, lead,
and build on their own terms.This will be developed deliberately over time, in partnership
with veterans and operators who have lived the transition themselves.
